Projection mapping videos Course menu related to the scene
Using Japanese folk tales as the motif with the latest technology projection mapping“The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter” and “The Crane of Gratitude” courses appeared.
The traditional Japanese story motif course menu was born out of
the desire to have Japanese customers feel the nostalgic and familiar old stories,
and to have foreigners to experience Japanese culture.
Additionally, a picture book menu of each story will be given to
customers to keep their experience as a memory.
Please experience the new Tsukiji, with the rich menus that is completed with the
latest technology projection mapping and familiar traditional stories together.
About Nazuki Traditional Japanese Story Course
The story is projected on the wall and table of the private room.
The projection changes as the story progresses. As shown, at end of each scene, dishes relevant to the scene will be served.
This is a completely new dinner course where the story and the dishes are experienced together.

Inspired by the image of Kaguya-hime appearing from the bamboo. Seasonal fish is colored on small or large bamboo vessels.Scene 2
2nd Dish
This is inspired with the image of Kaguya-Hime quickly growing into a beautiful princess.Scene 3
Grilled Dish (5 items)
5 kinds of dishes representing the “5” kinds of treasures Kaguya-Hime requested to “5” young men who proposed. Each dish is cooked in a different method.Scene 4
Meal
A plate representing a star scattered full moon night sky.Scene 5
Sweets assortment
Seasonal fruits and ice cream as the ending of the story.The picture book menus will be given as a present for customers who order the story course.
